Q: What method of shipping do you use?
A: All orders are shipped via USPS.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any order delay due to customs.
Q: How long will my Nailfit last?
A: With proper nail preparation, your set can last up to 2-3 weeks but it also depends on the adhesive method chosen. Youur nails AREN't tools so don't use them as such to help longevity. Nail adhesive tab up to 5 days and Nail glue can be worn up to 3 weeks.
Q: How will my order ship if I have "custom" items and "ready to ship" items together?
A: All items will be shipped at the same time. If you need a "ready to ship" item ahead of time, please place the order separately.
Q: Can I combine discounts?
A: No, only ONE discount can be used per order. However, you can always place an order before the unused coupons expire.
Q: Can I modify the order after it is placed?
A: You have 30 minutes from the time of purchase to notify us of a modification or cancellation. Please send an email to email@example.com.
Q: What should I do if my Nailfit set doesn't fit?
A: If the nails fit too big, try filing down the cuticle and/or sidewall a little at a time to see if it gives the perfect fit. We aren't responsible for incorrect sizes that are ordered. This is why it is HIGHLY recommended to get a True Fit kit in the desired length/shape to make sure.
Q: How do the Rewards Program work?
A: Earn 5 points for every $1 spent. When you accumulate enough points, you will receive a reward to the registered email. Sign up now and start earning.
Q: Do the coupons have expiration dates?
A: Yes, the expiration dates are listed on the coupon that is sent through email or shared on our social media. The expiration date ends at 11:59pm CST on the day stated, unless noted otherwise.
Q: What should I do if I have not received my order confirmation email?
A: First check your email Junk/Spam folder. If still have not received it, please check your payment method to see a pending authorization. If you are not seeing a pending authorization, than most likely your order didn't go through. If you feel the order did go through or you see a pending authorization but want to confirm your order was placed, than please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Do I have to create an account in order to place an order?
A: No you can check out as a guest. However, by creating an account, it will keep track of all your previous orders just in case you want to buy them again. You will be able see any available rewards and experience a quicker checkout.
Q: Can I reuse my Nailfits?
A: Yes! It all depends on how you remove your sets and how well you took care of them. Make sure to follow the Removal step on your instruction card in order to make your Nailfits reusable. Remember your Nails aren't Tools.
(USING ACETONE as a REMOVAL method, voids the reusable feature of your Nailfits)
Q: How do I know my true fit for my Nailfit?
A: You can order a True Fit kit which is $5 plus shipping and tax in the desired length and shape.
Q: Are the cosmetics cruelty- free and vegan friendly?
A: Yes, most products are cruelty-free and vegan friendly, but look at each product description for exact ingredients. All products are handmade with all natural products, proper sanitation, and love.
Q: What if I'm allergic or How can I see I'm allergic to a product?
A: Please read the ingredients to the fullest to see if it's anything you may be allergic to. You can definitely contact us for any clarification. If you decide to buy the product, than once received do a patch test in the inside of your forearm and let it sit for 3 minutes. Wipe the product off and watch the area for 24 hours.
If you start feeling heat, itchiness and/or see redness, please wash the product off immediately and consult your doctor. DO NOT USE.
After 24 hours you experience redness, itchiness, and/or hives than DO NOT use product.
