Q: What method of shipping do you use?

A: All orders are shipped via USPS.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes!  Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any order delay due to customs.

 

Q: How long will my instamanicure last?

A: With proper nail preparation, your set can last up to 2-3 weeks but it also depends on the adhesive method chosen. Also your nails aren't tools so don't use them as such to help longevity. Nail adhesive tab up to 7 days and Nail glue can be worn up to 3 weeks.

 

Q: How will my order ship if I have "custom" items and "ready to ship" items together?

A: All items will be shipped at the same time. If you need a "ready to ship" item ahead of time, please place the order separately.

 

Q: Can I combine discounts?

A: No, only ONE discount can be used per order. However, you can always place an order before the unused coupons expire.

 

Q: Can I modify the order after it is placed?

A: You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to notify us of a modification. Please send an email to simonsayz.creations@gmail.com

 

Q: What should I do if my instamanicure set doesn't fit?

A: If the nails fit too big, try filing down the cuticle and/or sidewall a little at a time to see if it gives the perfect fit. We aren't responsible for incorrect sizes that are ordered. This is why it is HIGHLY recommended to get a True Fit kit in the desired length/shape to make sure.

 

Q: How do the Rewards Program work?

A: Earn 2 gems for every $1 spent. When you accumulate enough gems, you will receive a reward to the registered email.

 

Q: Do the coupons have expiration dates?

A: Yes, the expiration dates are listed on the coupon that is sent through email or shared on our social media. The expiration date ends at 11:59pm CST on the day stated, unless noted otherwise.

 

Q: What should I do if I have not received my order confirmation email?

A: First check your email Junk/Spam folder. If still have not received it, please check your payment method to see a pending authorization. If you are not seeing a pending authorization or you see an authorization but want to make sure order went through, then please reach out to us by email or Instagram to make sure.

 

Q: Do I have to create an account in order to place an order?

A: No you can check out as a guest. However, by creating an account, it will keep track of all your previous orders just in case you want to buy them again. As well as see any available rewards.

 

Q: Can I reuse my press-on nails?

A: Yes! It all depends on how you remove your sets and how well you took care of them. Remember your Nails aren't Tools. .

 

Q: How do I know my correct size aka my true fit?

A: You can order a True Fit kit which is $5 plus shipping in the desired length and shape.

 

Q: Are the cosmetics cruelty- free and vegan friendly?

A: Yes, they are handmade with all natural products with proper sanitation. Ingredients are listed on the item page itself.

 

Q: How should I test the product to see if I am allergic?

A: Get a small little bit and test it on the back of your hand or inside of your forearm. Let it sit for about 5 minutes. If you start feeling heat, itchiness and/or see redness, please wash the product off immediately and consult your doctor.

 

Q: What is the shelf live of your products?

A: 12-36 months
