Processing & Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Processing is 2-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) depending on order volume. We take pride in our packaging and customer service. Custom orders processing timeframe is 7-10 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).

You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking once the order has shipped. Once the order has been dropped off at the carriers, it is then the responsibility of the delivery carrier to deliver the package in the selected timeframe. Keep in mind environmental conditions such as snow, hurricanes, fires, pandemics, etc can delay package deliverance.

Shipping usually takes 2-7 days depending on the shipment method selected, the carrier, and any delays that may occur during transit. 

Shipping timeframe is in addition to the Processing time, NOT including the processing time.

We try our best to stay within the processing and shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them due to order volume and carrier delays.

Simonsayz Creations is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost or stolen items/orders. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier first to start a claim. 
If order was placed with an incomplete address we will attempt to reach out to correct the address, but keep in mind this may delay your processing and/or shipping time. If your order has the wrong address and it has already shipped, please reach out to the carrier.
